Apivoc is Transforming ACO Financial Management to help Achieve Control, Accuracy, and Flexibility with Advanced CMS Payment Reconciliation Services

ApIvoc offers a program to reconcile Advanced Payments that are received from CMS. The program keeps track of Rolling Balances received by CMS, makes payments to providers practices for E&M Codes based upon negotiated fee schedules with each practice and allows for advanced payment to practices as well to ensure their financial viability and flexibility.

ApIvoc-Electronic Benefit Verification(EBV)

ApIvoc service provides real-time prescription benefit information for healthcare service intergation applications.

ApIvoc-MD

ApIvoc-MD is being developed to provide physicians (and other healthcare providers) with important information from pharmaceutical sponsors.

As distinct from the ApIvoc-CSR application, the ApIvoc-MD application will include voice-ID verification which will be an integral part of the initial sign-up and download of the application by the physician or other healthcare provider.

The ApIvoc-MD application will include, but not be limited to:

a) Commonly occurring Q & A's experienced by a client sponsor’s Customer Experience teams, and also by their Sales Forces and Medical Science Liaison executives

b) Approved product descriptions and package insert information

c) Drug-drug interactions

d) Summaries of the results of published clinical studies

e) Requests for samples and literature (if available to that specific provider)

The ApIvoc-MD application is also being developed to provide each sponsoring pharmaceutical company with a channel of communication enabling the pharmaceutical company to provide the physician with other information (including communications/messaging of a promotional nature) that the company wishes to be directed to the physician audience (and, ultimately, on a segmented and highly targeted basis).

As with the ApIvoc-CSR, the ApIvoc-MD application will combine Artificial Intelligence (AI) and natural language voice recognition technology that will enable questions to be asked and queries made, irrespective of the device or voice technology. The ApIvoc-MD application will be voice technology agnostic, meaning that ApIvoc will make the sponsoring company’s information available to the physician irrespective of the voice technology on the device on which the physician or other healthcare provider chooses to access the desired information of the sponsoring pharmaceutical company.
