ApIvoc-CSR
Since most large companies employ Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who utilize a CRM platform to guide callers through a defined customer experience. Company-approved standard Q&A information utilized by those CSRs to answer customer questions is readily available.
The ApIvoc technology team has expertise in taking a sponsoring client’s Q&A information and converting such workflow streams into voice-technology-ready information that can be readily accessed by our clients’ customers asking questions on any device of the customer’s choosing via the ApIvoc application.
The ApIvoc application combines natural language voice recognition technology with our Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine resulting in the customer’s spoken or texted questions being answered back to the customer in voice or text, irrespective of the device or voice technology utilized by the customer.
As with the ApIvoc-CSR, the ApIvoc-MD application will combine Artificial Intelligence (AI) and natural language voice recognition technology that will enable questions to be asked and queries made, irrespective of the device or voice technology. The ApIvoc-MD application will be voice technology agnostic, meaning that ApIvoc will make the sponsoring company’s information available to the physician irrespective of the voice technology on the device on which the physician or other healthcare provider chooses to access the desired information of the sponsoring pharmaceutical company.
Fee structure for both ApIvoc-CSR and ApIvoc-MD
Transaction-Based Pricing
Sponsoring pharmaceutical companies will be charged a fee by ApIvoc for each transaction/information being accessed via the sponsoring company’s ApIvoc solution or application.
Set-Up and Storage
Pharmaceutical companies wishing to utilize either of these applications will be charged a fee to create the initial connectivity between the sponsoring company’s information and all of the existing voice technologies. Fees will also be charged in respect of any updates, changes, or additions to the company’s information.
All such voice technology converted data of the sponsoring company will be securely stored in the ApIvoc cloud server, in respect of which a monthly fee will be charged to the sponsoring pharmaceutical company.
